Once you login to Exam Planner, you will be provided an interface to fill up details about the exam session you are entering, the exam you want to book, and other information regarding the exam you are attending.
Once you are done with this, you will be asked to make a payment. After the payment is successfully made, your exam entry confirmation will be shown on the screen and a confirmation email will be send to you shortly.
What are the fees for remote session exams?
The fee-structure for center-based exams and remote-session exams are similar.
The fee for ACCA exams is around Rs.8500 for applied knowledge subjects like AB, MA, FA. For applied skills like PM, TX, FR, AA, FM is 9500. What is the timing of remote session CBEs?
Remote session CBEs are scheduled in such a way that it is accessible for students from all the nooks and corners of the world. Also there are 4 different timeframes for students to appear in the examination. You will be able to select the timeslot with respect to the location you are residing from.
Timeslots windows are denoted by F1, F2, F3, F4 options during the booking process in Exam Planner. The timing for these timeslots is as follows:
F1 = 2:00 to 5:45 BST (1:00 to 4:45 GMT)
F2 = 6:00 to 10:15 BST (5:00 to 9:15 GMT)
F3 = 10:30 to 14:45 BST (9:30 to 13:45 GMT)
F4 =15:00 to 18:15 BST (14:00 to 17:15 GMT)
What do I do if sudden technical issues occur during examination?
If your computer system meets the minimum requirement for the remote session CBE, then it is less likely for any technical glitch to occur. But if any mishaps happen during the process ProctorU will help you in troubleshooting the problems.

In case ProctorU fails to resolve the issue and you are unable to take your exam you will be refunded under exceptional circumstances. As mentioned by ACCA the following are the rules:
- If the cancellation of your exam was caused by your carelessness i.e., not checking the system requirement before the commencement of the exam, then no refund will be granted.
- If the cancellation of your exam was caused by power outage, load-shedding and internet issues, the candidate is allowed to reschedule the exam for next date free of charge but no refund is granted.
